The elation may manifest as unusual energy and overconfidence, playing out in bouts of overspending, promiscuity and irrational statements of which he may feel will have no consequences to himself. This could also be confused with in some case with Adkinsons disease. Whichever he needs to submit himself somewhere for examination.
