Expats oi,
What happens if you arrive to the airport and when you are going to do the visa on arrival you run out the pages of your passport? Anyone had that experience?

  Võ Yến just only one way be back where you have came from and make new passport even the embassy can give you one page for temporary but in the airport have not way to see embassy. good luck

  Miley Temple If you are stuck in a Vietnam airport, try to fly to a Cambodia or to the closest country that doesn't require a visa. Better yet, ask them to add a separate page to the passport like Attilio Sciacca said: if you can't get a page, then try to go to Singapore or somewhere close: call the embassy: call travel agencies: call friends in VN: call friends from your country

  Brian Giesler I seem to recall they won't even let you travel out on a single page...I know they won't renew your visa if you only have about 2-3 pages...this happen to me a number of years ago. But honestly, who really knows the rules?!? They don't even seem to know them themselves...bless their hearts.

  Võ Yến No have a blank page you can't entry any country without visa and embassy work at office not at the airport. And no friends can't ask embassy to do for, by yourself must come to embassy

  Fabian Bian This happened to me recentely, flying from HK to HCM, visa on arrival and noticed in HK i didnt have any pages left. I didnt say anything to VN customs, and they finally stuck my new visa over some Australian stamps without saying anything too smile emoticon ! Since that, I went to the French embassy and got a new passport with the same expiry date, within 1 week, for free... Fingers crossed !

  Miley Temple If you're stuck at the airport, can you book a flight to another country that doesn't require a visa for you? I would have a smart phone with wifi. I would buy a ticket online or I would try to order a visa or more pages for my passport online & simply wait at the airport like the homeless man played by Tom Hanks in the film called The Terminal
