Ho Chi Minh lead Vietnam to change some generations ago. He was not originally part of the government. He was a common Vietnamese man & whom wanted & sought after change: every generation needs a Ho Chi Minh to arise to the occasion: change does cost, but it's worth it: just look at Rosa Parks: remember that Abraham Lincoln was shot: but change still occurs
