Joey Arnold Toby Hugh Daniell,
I went to a travel agency to extend my visa, they said ok, 2 weeks
later, they say no, then I went to another agency, they ok, 2 weeks
later, no, and that kept on happening for weeks. And then I gave all my
money to a family. Then I had no money.
And I may have found some real help but already gave away my money.
Also, was busy at times talking to people. And I really wanted to know
what happened, too for a long time...........
Manage
Corrie Stroup OOOH! A sovereign citizen? That explains a HELL of a whole lot.
Also, if you're talking and people are paying you to talk, then yeah, you're working illegally.

no. They're not paying me. I disagree with you. Under the table work is
not work at all. In a court of law, not everything can be classified as
work. When you get money on your birthday, did you work? No. They are
called presents. Gifts. Sometimes, I might get some gifts.
Contributions. Donations. That is legal. That is not work.

Under the table work is illegal. Even for Vietnamese citizens.
If you get a enough of a gift to live off of, yes, you must pay taxes on it. If you mow enough lawns, yes, you're supposed to pay taxes on it. Yard sales? You should be paying taxes. Start your own Etsy business? Fucking taxes, man.

Joey Arnold Corrie Stroup tax is not applicable for incomes under 20K/yr in the USA, it seems, or it was that case...........

work is not a physical thing, according to the law. Work is defined by
lawyers, by judges, by law makers.... what you re saying is not
true.....
Manage
Corrie Stroup Done.
Have fun in prison. You don't want to go back to the States because
they don't put up with your bullshit and you'd rather be in a fucking
Vietnamese prison... So... Have a great life, hope it sobers you up.

legally speaking as my own lawyer, no: I am not employed by real
recognized employers: employment is not recognized by law if the
employers of the employment does not exist: it forfeits the legal
contract of employment and is therefore the same as walking down the
street: is walking illegal? Could I say that I am working illegally
because I am walking and walk is work because walking takes work? No
because walking does not meet the requirements, legally, to be
considered as legal employment. But you will not be thrown in jail or
fined or punished for walking. What I do in Vietnam is legally allowed.
Many people will say it is not allowed but it is allowed because it does
not violate the specific laws. You have to look at the law
specifically. Maybe, I should make videos about it. I can open up the
laws and read the specific laws to people. People do not know the law.
Maybe I should become a lawyer.
Manage
Joey Arnold I
am also not legally or not not legally self-employed or not
self-employed or employed to myself or for myself or to or for anybody
and therefore I am not my own employer unto myself because, financially,
the numbers are too small in regards to the requirements for taxes,
audits, certain documents, and legally, no contracts either. Normally,
self employed people work as contractors. But an absence of contracts is
an absence of recognized work. Like a country that is not recognized by
other countries..... I am like a "Worker" maybe not recognized, legally
and therefore not really a worker if I am not legally recognized as a
worker... If somebody were to say that I was working in a court of law,
that would be hearsay without evidence in a court of law. There is no
evidence that I was working. Therefore, a judge is not required to rule
in the favor of alleged accusation on the basis of unsubstantial
speculation on behalf of the defense attorney, the other parties, the
other side. A good judge would be cautioned against such ruling.I
believe in the justice system. I do not care what country I am in, I
believe that judges can try to judge. And judges do try to judge because
that is the job of the judge. Vietnam has laws. I have read some of
those laws. I can write about them and make videos about them. People
are ignorant and arrogant of laws and the legal system. I believe in the
legal system.

Joey Arnold Legally,
you can NOT be working illegally if you are not working. I am not
working, legally speaking, because what I do does not meet the
requirements by law. Therefore, what I do is nothing, legally. Is
walking illegal? No. Is talking illegal? No. Both walking and talking
can be work but they are not recognized as work. When people give you
money, did you work for them? When people give you money on your
birthday, are they your employers? No, unless if they are, already. If a
non-employer gives you a gift, a present, then that is what it is. That
is not work. You cannot work illegally if you re not working in the
first place. You have to meet the requirements of work before you can
violate that. Romelus Saladar Marilyn Mitchell Rick Arnold
