Jamie Thompson You are consider illegal because you overstayed in Vietnam for two years dudeeeee
Remove
Joey Arnold Jamie Thompson,
I might say that I teach. But what does that even mean? According to
the law, legal teaching must be legal through an ascended employer as
opposed to descended customers. I might be a freelance teacher, but that
is not illegal. The law does not deal with freelance activity in the
way that I do it.
Manage
Joey Arnold Jamie Thompson,
I ma not talking about that. I am not talking about my visa. I am
talking about what I do as a fake teacher. I would not call myself a
fake teacher. But some call me fake. But I do not teach. I talk to
people. But talking is teaching. But
legally speaking, talking is not considered a real job. Therefore, I do
not have a real job if I am not doing a real job. Therefore, I cannot
break a real law without doing a real job. I do not have are a job.
Therefore, I am not really doing the real job because the real job is
fake and therefore it is not there. Therefore, I am nothing.
Manage
Jamie Thompson It is illegal to do freelance if you’re staying in Vietnam illegally 🤣
what do you mean by talking is not a real job? I know people who get
paid just by talking. They’re called as motivation speaker. Heard of
‘em?
Remove
Joey Arnold Jamie
Thompson, we are talking about two different things. These are two
separate issues. Motivational speakers are employed and recognized in a
different kind of way. They are hired by certain people, groups, events,
employers, and are paid a lot of money,
which activates more legal obligations in regards to taxes and
employment in that sense of the word employment in those kinds of ways.
Plus, they are paid specifically to say certain things. They often have
real contracts, too. Contracts is another factor. Salaries is another
factor. Consider all of these different factors.

Alan Middleton Joey Arnold - at any time prior to your arrival to Vietnam did you have an FBI background check with you upon your entry to Vietnam?
Remove
Alan Middleton Well
according to your words you came to Vietnam in 2012 to teach. Which
means you came for employment purposes and not to be a tourist. You
opted to come on a tourist visa or presumably VOA. A valid and recent
police background check is required for a
work visa per Vietnam rules. And by your own testimony or lack
thereof, I have deduced you don't have a bachelor's degree and/or a
TEFL/TESOL/etc thus meaning you would have to extend your tourist visa.
After so many extensions your presence in Vietnam seems suspicious and
thus reason for your denial.
If I am wrong about any of the above, please feel free to post pictures below.

Joey Arnold Alan
Middleton talking, AKA teaching, but not teaching teaching. There are
two kinds of teachings. There is legal teaching and talking teaching.
The talking teaching is nothing to most people. Everybody talks. Is
everybody illegal? Is talking illegal? Nobody can talk now because
talking is illegal?

Toby Hugh Daniell But it is illegal to overstayed your visa, so you definitely have broken the law 🙊

Joey Arnold Toby Hugh Daniell,
I went to a travel agency to extend my visa, they said ok, 2 weeks
later, they say no, then I went to another agency, they ok, 2 weeks
later, no, and that kept on happening for weeks. And then I gave all my
money to a family. Then I had no money.
And I may have found some real help but already gave away my money.
Also, was busy at times talking to people. And I really wanted to know
what happened, too for a long time...........

RemoveAlso, if you're talking and people are paying you to talk, then yeah, you're working illegally.
Joey Arnold Corrie Stroup
no. They're not paying me. I disagree with you. Under the table work is
not work at all. In a court of law, not everything can be classified as
work. When you get money on your birthday, did you work? No. They are
called presents. Gifts. Sometimes, I might get some gifts.
Contributions. Donations. That is legal. That is not work.
Manage
Corrie Stroup "Under the table work is not work at all"
Under the table work is illegal. Even for Vietnamese citizens.
If you get a enough of a gift to live off of, yes, you must pay taxes on it. If you mow enough lawns, yes, you're supposed to pay taxes on it. Yard sales? You should be paying taxes. Start your own Etsy business? Fucking taxes, man.

lawyers, by judges, by law makers.... what you re saying is not
