Joey Arnold Maybe, I am on a blacklist.
Maybe, schools or others reported me to immigration.
Regardless, they didn't really tell me.

Darius Tarnowski Joey,
that was a joke. You get registered when you enter and leave Vietnam.
If you apply for a visa but stay at home, they will know, so your
brother Jack cannot help you either.

Jerzy Kaczmarek Pm me, i need to know much more details, but i don't think it's very wise to discuss these kind of things in a public group

Saliba Memon One
option for you would be to go to the embassy as MattDodds is
suggesting. You may be able to make the case that you've had personal
problems in the past and that you're having problems again that have
lead you to the situation. If you've had any history of being in
programs or rehab they might be able to corroborate it and reconsider
your situation....no need to respond in public, just a thought.

Jerzy Kaczmarek Mate,
if you are not going to lie to "them" whoever they are, then your only
option is to pay them money and get out of the country back to america
or wherever where you don't need visa

Andrew McMillan Tell your embassy that you lost your passport. Purchase a new one. Leave the country like you were never there.
If you want to go a step further change your name and then get a new passport.

Joey Arnold Somebody
told me schools put me on immigration blacklist two years ago. I'm not
too sure what that means. I'm not sure what the penalties would be.
However, where is the justice? Why are schools allowed to unfairly put
me on some kind of blacklist? Will I be allowed to make a new visa and
return to Vietnam?

Saliba Memon Then the only thing to lose by going to the States is jail time in Vietnam....

Joey Arnold Saliba Memon
why would I go to jail for the crimes that others committed? They
committed crimes when they put me on a blacklist without informing me
thoroughly enough. They violated Vietnamese laws.

Jason Silverman You probably need to give up on the idea of living in Vietnam. You’ll be banned from coming back for a certain length of time.
Remove
Joey Arnold They
did this to me. But they don't get punished for messing with my life.
I'm not happy with that. They took two years from me. They violated laws
while placing me on a blacklist without telling me enough about what
they did.

Jason Davies Do
prison time and ask for extradition to USA? From what you say it seems
like you're a wanted person and they have taken steps that push you to
hand yourself in. Extradition seems like an opportunity... If you are
hiding from them then they haven't taken 2 years of your life, you
have.... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extradition

Extradition

accused of committing a crime in another jurisdiction or has been
convicted of a crime in that other jurisdiction into the custody of a
law enforcement agency of that other jurisdiction. It is a cooperative

Joey Arnold Jason Davies,
allegedly, if schools got me on a Vietnam immigration blacklist through
falsified accusations, hearsay, allegations, and if they did in fact
fail at telling what I'm legally allowed to know, that is assuming they
have violated Vietnamese laws, then that would be in fact illegal on
their part, to some extent. Where is the justice in making up stuff
about people in order to destroy them, legally, financially,
geographically, internationally, socially, spiritually, ethnically?
