Eric Schafer Remember
the woman who was convicted of fraud and robbery a few years back -
forged stamps and documents at a major bank and took $3 million?
Certainly she was doing it at the behest of her boss - especially when
the bank announced, "The stolen money will NOT be returned to
investors." I'll bet anything she was told, "If you tell the truth, you
and your family die."

is over putting a person in a position of trust and them taking
advantage of it. Yes money was the advantage they took. Ultimately the
sentence wasn’t about the money but it stands as a deterrent for others
in the future. Anyway it will never happen. 6 months he will be out and
living somewhere else the sentence was just to appease the people.

always the mistress. Whenever a client was late paying my company, I'd
bribe the secretary to give me the phone number or address of the

hand the information over to his wife, and bingo! - My money would be

not surprised...just concerned that money matters more than human

Shute he did not do anything against the government. What he may or may
not have done is only an issue between him and other companies within
the realms of capitalism. And government should let companies win and

capitalism.

Daniel Smith Benjamin James Park,
the article said that was his crime. The article said the government is
going to kill him because of his work performance. But his work
performance is supposed to be between him and his work alone. Government
is not supposed to interfere with the free market no matter what with
no exceptions at all.
Manage
Benjamin James Park I
was just joking. But taking money out of a state-owned company is
beginning to get people in real trouble, now that officials are
beginning to make opportunities in other areas.
Traditionally they would embezzle money from the state through land claims and banks but now they have many more options, including internationally, now that it's far easier to get their cash abroad.

Daniel Smith Benjamin
James Park, the ability to steal is not supposed to be possible.
Allegedly, if he stole money, then other staff did not stop him. There
are protocols & systems for preventing theft in these situations.
Other people are involved. Computers are involved. Banks & file
systems are involved. Many things are involved. These kinds of crimes
are not supposed to be possible in the first place. State owned
companies are not owned by everybody. The ideas of socialism, of
communism, is a distraction, it is a theory, it can happen if people
were perfect, and people are not perfect, but it is also a distraction
from totalitarianism, as in imperialism, as in bigger government.

Daniel Smith Benjamin James Park,
the article here was not specific enough regarding the case. It didn't
make specific statements of the accusations. The words they use are too
general. The word "Embezzlement" is too general of a word. That is only
one example of the words they use. Is theft a capital offense that
requires capital punishment? I don't understand what his crimes are
specifically. What does corruption mean? That is another word,
"CORRUPTION" that can be defined differently by different people.
