Jeremy Miller Kavit
Matt has every right to express his views as you do and is no more
trolling than you are. The guy obviously has mental health issues (but
not to the point of being certifiable) and with the proper treatment
could probably manage his life better a...See More
Kavit Tural Sumud I
have no problem with his views. He's just using a very common troll
derailing method over and over which is boring and means nothing he says
is serious. Learn 2 Internet thread, Jeremy.
Jeremy Miller I've read all of Matt's comments Kavit and I don't see it so we'll have to agree to disagree.
Tuan Huynh Jeremy Miller LOL Yes I do hear you but I dont think is bullying because you did not have the pleasure to add him like i did...:) BTW
have you taken over the mantra where David Lyons left off?...posting an
over long thesis over Oatmeal I would say is a waste of space and
energy ;)
Kavit Tural Sumud It
involves cherry picking bits and pieces out of every comment, twisting
it around to change the subject to something slightly ridiculous, and
then feigning some investment in it all. It's an effective trolling way
to derail, but only when used sparingly--not every comment like he is.
Jeremy Miller "I was surprised the U.S. embassy hadn't scooped him up."
On what grounds? I can see from your comments that you have compassion for him but the U.S. Embassy doesn't have the authority to round people up for being annoying. A lot of us would be in trouble if they did.

I don't think I can asdsdspire to a David Lyons level of posting but I does what I can...
I don't think I can asdsdspire to a David Lyons level of posting but I does what I can...
Kavit Tural Sumud That's because you're not inspired by the lustful energy and sugar rush one gets by being obsessed with KPOP Jeremy.
Tuan Huynh Kavit you are so uncool..I love Sugar Rush!!! :)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wSQ5s2PEHc
Matt Windom I
promised not to post again but since I've been mentioned... Just
because this is a tactic you are versed in Kavit Tural Sumud it doesn't
mean others are...or even aware of it. You're trolling knowledge is to
be respected and defered to I'm sure, but being a troll isn't what all
of us aspire to
Kavit Tural Sumud Dude
you do it every thread. Just be a proud little troll with your
methodologies, Matt. You're not dealing with amateur trolls round these
parts.
Kavit Tural Sumud lol,
i had no idea that was a band name. Just was imagining sugar flying out
of the anus of the kpop singers, giving you a contact sugar high via
listening. Which is how he could type so much.
Jon Gilkison Oatmeal
reminds me of a few different guys I used to know at a halfway house I
volunteered at about 15 years ago. Mostly schizoaffective and borderline
personality disorder issues.
Matt Windom Le
sigh... Really? Because I post so much in so many threads? As you like.
Have fun with your assumptions, belittling remarks, and childishness
Scott Gelsthorpe Kavit
Tural Sumud I know you think you know everything on the planet but I
hate to break it to you that you don't. If you have worked with people
who have tourettes, come back and have a conversation with me. If not,
just stfu.
Nhật Minh Đặng I
met him in the 23 September park once.. he said whe is a guy who cares
about others, and the incident in Circle K happened just because hekept
asking the cashier what's wrong with her...
Kavit Tural Sumud I
explained directly why it was different Scott (in detailed fashion),
you just threw a stupid as hell ad hominem attack out there that made as
much since as literally ALL of your attempts to explain the English
language do,. Which is not at all. I'll...See More
David Carroll Yes,
I've met him. Or rather listened to him give free English lessons at a
park. He seems far more "normal" then in his videos. He had a bigger
group of students compared to the other "teachers" nearby giving free
lessons. That says a lot. Many of those other teachers seem to have
ulterior motives.
Todd Anderson So when he was giving "free" English lessons, they were free, he wasn't trying to recruit people to go to a training center?
Troy Sincock I've seen him back on expat sites for a fair while just liking comments. Let it be and move on with your life
Todd Anderson So
do people really go to the parks and give "free" English lessons just
to recruit unsuspecting people to sign up for English lessons at their
respective training centers? If so, do they hide their printed material
and show it to the people at the end of the "free" lesson?
David Carroll Todd:
he was at the park on PNL about 3 months ago. I didn't hear him try to
sell any school. There's quite a few other people giving free lessons
there (including me, occasionally). Basically, what most of these guys
do is talk and tell stories. Needless to say, Joey had some interesting
stories that had his students captivated.
David Carroll Todd:
Yes, there's quite a few regulars at that park that give free English
lessons with no strings attached. Usually those guys sit on the very
long planter that will accommodate a crowd. The guys that "teach" for
free but seem to be there to hook up, tend to sit on the benches.
盧穎裳 i
saw he rent a place in d1 to make some classes and he has his own
assistant. He made a whole timetable for it so i supposed he got his own
business
David Carroll He
should write children's books. Or produce children's tv shows. He's
definitely different and very creative. One thing he has over many other
teachers is that his students find him interesting.
Kavit Tural Sumud ^that's true. Most ESL teachers I've met here are about as interesting as lint sitting on a stale bagel.
盧穎裳 he
said his University recommended him to move over here and guaranteed to
him they would find him a job,his dad took all the money to help him
for that.
David Carroll He's
been in Saigon at least 3 years. I remember the drama where his
students had to pay for his food, back in the "Oatmeal" era. He really
reminds me of Tim Burton (eccentric film director) in the way he talks,
acts and even the unkept hair.
Kristian Svk Somogyi well,
as stated above he's an Elnglish teachng freeloader, I'm sure he can
come up with an occasional few hundred $ to get a new visa. Or perhaps
he's here illegally.
David Carroll Beetlejuice,
Edward Scissorhands, Nightmare before Christmas - insanely creative
movie classics by Tim Burton. I think whatever makes Tim tick, Joey has
that in spades. I think Joey has some untapped potential.
Todd Anderson Tanya, did you ever here stories about parents who pay money to keep their children away from them?
David Carroll Here's Joey's long lost brother... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=btg0VYDiQ3Q...
Taken from MTV's 'Freaks, Nerds, and Weirdos' special. Sep 09, 1994.

David Carroll Joey giving love advice for the men...classic! Wish I had time to find his dance video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=txUBV5hRPHc...
Todd Anderson If
this Joey guy just needs a little guidance then okay. He may very well
be off and does need medicine but it doesn't look to me as if he has
harmed anyone physically. David had a good point about Tim Burton, and
Tuan had a good question, Is it madness or genius?
David Carroll At the very least, somebody should tell Joey to grow back his beard. He looked like a "normal" Bui Vien denizen back then.
