Kris Burgess i haven't turned him into anything i am just questioning his sanity and his right to have a duty of care over children and whether or not he should be free in society to make comments like that. In UK he would of been charged for sure for comments like that and most probably sectioned whether it's a joke or not and if it is not the real guy then deformation of character is in order.

- Kris Burgess This guy is obviously not the real Jo Arnold and requires serious psychological help. That is based on knowledge and experience. From what i have seen so far i would hazard that whoever this is or whomever is suffering from Bi-polar disorder; depression is by far the most pervasive feature of the illness, while the manic phase usually involves a mix of irritability, anger, and depression, with or without euphoria. The elation may manifest as unusual energy and overconfidence, playing out in bouts of overspending, promiscuity and irrational statements of which he may feel will have no consequences to himself. This could also be confused with in some case with Adkinsons disease. Whichever he needs to submit himself somewhere for examination.
