Imagine you are a hiring manager and you decide to check out his facebook page since he has it on his CV, and then you see the videos that he likes to share. What would you do?

Xin Cao as you would write. Hum Hum, if i were you, i would make some changes...;because most recruiters buy some safety for their clients or company..I am not sure this CV will reassure them. Change the pic into a passport standard pic, And NO personal facebook page on it, pls !! Keep a few things for you.

Get someone to correct your English mistakes. I appreciate English may not be your first language, but if that's the medium your going to use to convey your abilities then at least make sure it is coherent and correct. Good luck man.

Fix the grammar and misspelled words. Submitting a CV with those types of errors shows poor attention to detail which will often cause a hiring manager to pass over your application. And yes, your personal life as shown on your Facebook page does matter when you are looking for a serious job.

Actually, I find his resume pretty attractive. He just gives the essential, and without the few mistakes, I think he could find someone who likes this style.
Don't listen to haters dude and welcome to Vietnam!

Thomas Schawalder, "content is more important than the form"... normally you would be right, but around here it's just the opposite.

Don't take this the wrong way but your CV is not cool, it's awful. The 'design' is gimmicky and full of mistakes, your picture makes you look like a complete tool and by putting your facebook on there you reveal preferences that you really ought to keep private. There's no way anyone with any common sense will hire you

Nice CV if you are applying in an Ad agency or graphic artist. As a manager in a hotel . I look at the outlets you worked ,how covers did you do a day, did you have staff working under you ,any cocktail competition you joined ,are you verse in menu development . I would take a second look at your CV but not much information to ask you for an interview .
