  • Augustine Fury Dunhcer In fairness, this was probably a fake account. The real Oatmeal Joey is a nice guy, mellow and friendly. Sure he doesn't have a lot of money, and he can be strange and eccentric, but no one is perfect.

    What evidence do you have of that ie how are you aware of it? Was he charged with a crime? If so how is he still here?

  • David Gish I don't know if he was charged with a crime, but he was arrested. He documented the account on YouTube. Of course it was only his side of the story, but he posted it in this group.

  • Jeremy Miller About the Kangaroo English guy. I don't know him or anything about him or if he was the person who outed that girl but I thought he came off rather badly in his exchanges with Joey. 

    I know Joey (who I think does have real mental/behavioural health is    sues that are at least somewhat beyond his control) can be supremely annoying to many (his posts don't bother me but I've never met him irl) but the Kangaroo English Club guy (posting from his business profile) claimed he had personal contacts in the authorities and that he had contacted and sent various screenshots and whatnot to said persons and was going to get Joey deported.

    I found that to be overkill and quite frankly more than a little creepy.
